Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Identity and contact details: names, addresses, dates of birth, nationality, email and telephone.
Know-your-client documents: passport or ID copies, proof of address, reference letters, and source-of-funds and source-of-wealth information.
Structure information: details of owners, officers, beneficiaries and the purpose of the entity.
Declarations: public office held by you or your family, and criminal charges or convictions.
Payment information: invoices and payment records. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored by us.

2. Why we use it

To form and administer your structures, to comply with Nevis anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing law, to meet tax reporting obligations such as the CIT-101 filing and international exchange of information, and to communicate with you.

3. Who we share it with

Our licensed registered agent partner in Nevis, which holds the beneficial-ownership records.
The Nevis Registrar and Inland Revenue Department, for filings.
Banks and electronic money institutions you ask us to introduce you to.
Competent authorities, but only on lawful request.
Service providers who help us operate, such as our payment provider and email host, under confidentiality obligations.

We don't sell or share personal data for marketing.

4. How long we keep it

We keep client records for as long as we act for you and afterwards for at least the period required by Nevis anti-money-laundering law. We then delete or anonymise them.

5. How we protect it

Records are stored encrypted, access is limited to staff who need it, and documents are exchanged through secure channels.

6. Your rights

Where the law allows, you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Some records must be kept by law even after our engagement ends; we'll tell you when that applies.

7. This website

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Order forms save your answers in your own browser until you submit them, and you can clear them at any time. Fonts and map data are loaded from third-party content networks, which may see your IP address.
