What they'll ask for
We prepare the corporate file. You provide the personal documents, certified by a notary or lawyer. We check them before anything goes to the bank.

- Bank application and KYC questionnaire
- Certificate of formation or incorporation
- Articles and operating agreement, or memorandum & articles
- Certificates of incumbency and good standing
- Registers of members, managers or directors
- Share certificate (IBC)

Realistic timelines

- Weeks 2–4Follow-up questions, a video call for identity verification, sometimes a call with the relationship manager.
- Weeks 2–6Approval, account details issued, minimum deposit funded, online banking activated.
